I’m not sure when it started, but at some point my friends started to describe me as “Frugal Jon.” They said “There goes Frugal Jon again” in response to my inclination towards saving money. My boss at my college summer job even used it. After being known as Frugal Jon for a while, I discovered the Financial Independence movement. Now, I’m starting real life and sharing how I got where I am as well as ways I’m optimizing my life!
